Yes, it is possible to contract HIV/AIDS by swimming with black people. The scientific facts are that a much larger percentage of people of the black race are AIDS carriers than people of other races. So unfortunate as it may seem, this fact lends itself to the advice that, yes, regretably, you are far more likely to catch AIDS when swimming with black people and such activity is to be avoided at all costs by the advice of The Medical Council of Great Britain.
